Virtual Exploring

So... I was going pin crazy the other day. I'm not sure what led me to sincerely jules blog but from there she had a video of a polyvore live event she attended to be a blogger model. I loved it . I was so intrigued in the video. (oh how I 'd love to go to an event like that..it would truly be a blessing .. n-e who .. as bloggers where talking about the event I was writing down blog sites with excitement to see what their blog is all about. So far im really drawn to eatsleepwear , sincerely, jules and calivintage . They definately was added to the blog roll. Check them out. Cool Places/ Leon's

 A restaurant named Leon's  in Decatur has gotten a face lift.To my understanding the place has been there for quite some time. It has rugged,laid back feel you know like kinolk magazine?The manger is really nice and was more than happy for me to take photos. The prices are fair and it's a cool place to lounge after work.Also I like the rusted sign outside it makes you curious about what's inside. It seems like a lot of  places is changing up their look like I mentioned over here.

Surprisingly

I really didn't feel like going to school last week . I always get like this toward the end of the 10 week quarter. I get less inspired and just ready for a break. Well I got up my behind and drove to school. While in class I forgot how cool my classes are. I mean working on macs, creating websites and album art. It's pretty cool. Our teacher was teaching us a couple of things about sites and I created this.

what do you think eh eh ..not to bad huh. I'm pretty proud of myself. Go me! 

Hair /3

I took out my kinky twist ! Finally I had it in for 2 months and normally keep a hair style for a month so you know I was ready for a change. I was debating whether to go have straight hair with a bang or try a curly look. I went on a limb and got curly hair and I love it. I might have this hair style for a while .. Its that good, plus i got compliments. I think this hair is a keeper. I also instagramed a few photos. Check out the rest of my instagrams.

for the record.... i don't have a depressing life .. its just how I take my photos at times and also the random kid? ..yea that's my nephew, he graduated from preschool aww see his scary/funny smile ? lol anyways hey check out my youtube channel  yea? Style Stopper/ 20

Remember I was supposed to go here? Yea...well the thing about that was I knew where the street was because it was by my school so I thought it would be a breeze getting there and it turns out I had no idea where I was going after I made a left turn ...basically I wasn't able to attend Once Wed's magazine launch party :(
But.. I did find a style stopper while walking with my friend. I loved Angie's high waisted shorts and of course you know I love anything that is preppy, I loved the tucked in plaid shirt she was wearing . And her shoes were laid back and a good combination to the outfit. Thanks Angie :)

Guess What!

 I remember when bri went and spoke at Lucky's Conference and talked about branding your blog so i got inspired to do so one step at a time. Not only did I buy my domain but I also removed the navigation bar. In a sort of way I feel accomplished I did those two things.There's much more ideas I got in this head of mine for this blog I just have to take my time..by the way I got help from here. Her tutorials are really helpful.

Don't

As I scrolled  through my blogroll I took at look at Apartment 34  post. Her post was saying something different that caught my attention. She basically said she isn't perfect; she has her down times too. I know your like duh Natasha! But I can understand how some people could think the well known bloggers have perfect lives which isn't always true. I am guilty of thinking that. For example I love designlovefest blog and bri has posted a couple posts about stress and how things aren't peachy all the time. But I have to remind myself regardless of the fact of how much I would like to be go to events and be successful for have a blog brand  like bri's i have to mind myself I can't be someone else's great.Heres the post that inspired me.

Procrastination

Loved this video I found on via Addicted to Discovery . The color scheme is awesome and not to mention the drawing skills and the fact that procrastination does exist lol.

Whatever it may be try not to wait regardless how much a habit it may be.

Cool Places/ The Yogurt Tap

One day after a long day of class a friend of mine Jessica ( you'll see her this week) hit me up and she introduced me to The Yogurt Tap. A cute contemporary yogurt spot where it is 39 cents per oz. To my understanding they got a face lift and I  must say I'm liking the new look of the place. Like a little kid I tried almost all the samples there and came to the conclusion coconut was my favorite. I'm a chocolate lover so I  topped it with white chocolate chips. Both together was a  great combination. If your in decatur and feeling for some frozen yogurt stop there.

Crowned Bird

  . I saw Bri's post on Crowned Bird so I had to check it out. At Crowned Bird has vintage like clothing and a cool transition of showing the clothes on the site.. I composed the post in Photoshop. I'm quite proud of myself,and  I must say it looks like a magazine ad.

              I like how she looks like a pin up girl ( in a good way) and the shoes are cute with the outfit and the belt gave a good accent to the romper.

Never thought I would be 18 and telling my self I need a planner. Life is just so hectic that everyone needs some type of order right? I am definitely going shopping for one because having a memory just doesn't cut it.

I think this photo is showing quite a bit of sarcasm because the sign is basically on the ground and how can anybody be well fed if their eating from the ground, it was interesting to me  so I snapped a picture of it as I was walking to school.
